Why Group Therapy
Research consistently shows that group therapy is as effective as — and often more powerful than — individual therapy for many concerns. Something profound happens when we witness our own struggles reflected in another, and feel genuinely seen in return.
Our groups are carefully formed around shared themes and held by an experienced therapist, so you arrive to a space that already understands something about where you've been.
Discovering that others share your experience reduces shame and isolation — often immediately. Belonging is itself therapeutic.
Group members reflect patterns and possibilities back to each other that a single therapist cannot. The group becomes the instrument.
New ways of relating, communicating, and trusting are rehearsed live — in the group — before they become natural out in the world.
Our outdoor and ranch settings aren't backdrops. Nature co-regulates the nervous system and opens something language alone cannot reach.

Tell us what you're hoping for — we'll guide you to the group with the right fit.
Complete a brief questionnaire and connect with a group leader to ensure the group is a good fit, and that the timing and commitment feel manageable for you.
Step three is where the real work begins. With referral and intake complete, you'll join your group and start healing alongside others who understand.
Real change takes time. By staying engaged and supporting one another, you and your group move from healing to lasting growth — and life-long connections!
Group therapy works best when everyone shows up. Once you join, your presence becomes part of the circle. We ask members to commit to attending each session.
